Your tasks

  • Generate strong sustainable specification project pipeline working with stakeholders whilst offering SFS products
  • Develop strong working relationships with architects and associated specifiers
  • Sponsor the conversion of the specification life cycle
  • Ensure the loyalty of existing customers is maintained
  • Represent the company at Industry events where agreed
  • Forecast future industry/market trends

Your profile

  • Previous experience of generation of specification sales involving architects, end user clients, contractors
  • Previous experience of effective territory management
  • Previous experience of Managing/achieving sales budgets
  • Knowledge of current construction procurement methods and routes to market
  • A proven track record within specification
  • An understanding of specification tools e.g NBS
  • Be able to work well in a team and with a wide range of people
  • Be organised and methodical
